Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your ONOR alerts subscription at any time using the "Manage or cancel your subscription" link on the ONOR home page, which opens Stripe's secure customer portal. No phone call or email is needed. When you cancel, your alerts continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
Billing problems
If you believe you were charged in error, email onor.vatsal@gmail.com and we will review it promptly. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can fix it quickly.
